Shipping Policy
Our aim is to get your items to you as soon as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that personalised items unfortunately cannot be returned. Please make sure that you double check the spelling, to avoid disappointment.
Orders placed after 5pm will be processed on the next working day. For example if an order is placed on Friday at 6pm, the order will be processed on Monday.
All items are posted via Royal Mail with the options of 48 hour Standard or Signed for delivery. We would recommend signed for to guarantee the safe delivery of your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned in its original packaging in a resalable condition.

Unfortunately personalised items cannot be returned.

In the event of identifying a fault, please contact us as soon as possible on mayajoydesign@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the fault. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
